Saturday is Youth Day. All youth football league players wearing their team jersey or a T-shirt with team emblem will be admitted free to the Cal Poly vs. Humboldt State football game at 6:05 p.m. in Alex G. Spanos Stadium.

Head Coach Joe Callero on Lewis: "Jordan has opened our eyes this fall with great defense, rebounding and developing offensive game. His basketball I.Q. and toughness have made him an important part of our team."
Freshman 2008-09: Played in seven games as a redshirt freshman for the Mustangs seeing action for the first time on Nov. 11 against Arkansas-Little Rock... played three minutes and scored one point with two rebounds... Averaged .7 points and 1.0 rebounds a game... Scored two points twice... at Utah State and at UC Riverside.. Played a season-high 12 minutes at Utah State and grabbed a season-high three rebounds... Played in four conference games, scoring in one... at UC Riverside...
2007-08: Used as Redshirt season
High School: 2007 graduate of Terra Linda High School... Helped lead the Trojans to a 69-19 record over the past three seasons.... As a senior the team posted a 22-9 record with Lewis scoring 15.6 points and hitting 58 percent from the field... Added 8.1 rebounds per game with 3.9 assists and 1.4 steals... As a junior the team was 24-4... Lewis scored 12.3 points per game and grabbed 9.0 rebounds.. As a sophomore he scored 8.0 points with 4.4 rebounds on a team with a 23-6 record... Was coached all three years by Steve Farbstein... Selected for the Bay vs. Sac All-Star Game and was named All-Marin County League First Team as a junior and senior...
Personal: Born Jordan Maxwell Lewis on February 17, 1989 in Teaneck, NJ ... Son of Scott and Brenda Lewis... One sister Zoë.. Father played basketball for Harvard while his uncle Thomas played football at Yale... Biggest influence in his life is his father “He always pushed me to do my best and he has always worked hard to take care of my family”... Majoring in biology at Cal Poly.
