Pitchers Gary Daley, Josh Lansford, Eric Massingham, Derrick Saito and Mike Bille have posted strong appearances in recent games while Evan Reed continues to pitch well for Bakersfield with 17 saves.

Outfielder Ryan Lee has been promoted to Kannapolis in the South Atlantic League while Jimmy Van Ostrand is 11-for-24 in his last seven games at Corpus Christi with six RBI.
