SAN LUIS OBISPO – Following a brief vacation back in the United States and prior to his return back to Liverpool, former Cal Poly midfielder and current Everton Football Club member Anton Peterlin has filed his final Mustang on Merseyside journal entry for the 2009-10 season. The latest post and all previous entries can be viewed HERE or by selecting the above link.

Having appeared with the club’s reserve side during his initial professional season, Peterlin started four of the final five matches for Everton reserves. Peterlin, named to both the All-Big West Conference first team and NSCAA All-Far West Region team as a senior in 2008, officially joined Everton from Premier Developmental League side Ventura County Fusion on July 1, 2009. Prior to the transfer, Peterlin had enjoyed a 10-day training session with Everton, which finished the 2009-10 Barclays Premier League season eighth in the table.
