Cal Poly Men’s Basketball Announces Four Summer Camps


SAN LUIS OBISPO – With the first of the Cal Poly men's basketball team's four summer camps just seven weeks away, the Mustang program recently announced its full slate of camps and clinics for 2017.

Designed for boys and girls entering second through eighth grades, Cal Poly's Youth Camp runs from June 19-21. The cost per attendee is $175 and each session runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The two Cal Poly Elite Camps – designed for boys entering the ninth through 12th grades – are scheduled for Saturday, June 24 and Monday, July 3 and run from 1-6 p.m. both days. The cost of the Elite Camp is $80 per player.

Cal Poly's overnight camp – the High Potential Camp – is scheduled for Friday, June 30 (5-10 p.m.), Saturday, July 1 (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and Sunday, July 2 (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Set up for boys entering the eighth through 12th grades, the cost per camper is $500 for overnight attendees and $300 for commuting attendees.

Each of Cal Poly's four summer camps will be held inside Mott Athletics Center on the University campus.
