2013-14 -- Track: Redshirted.
Cross Country: At the NCAA Championships, finished in 75th place on the 6K LaVern Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Ind., with a time of 21 minutes, 7.9 seconds ... won by more than a minute to claim the Big West Conference title at the Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo, finishing in 20:43 at her first 6K race of the season ... at the ensuing West Regional meet held at Haggin Oaks Golf Club in Sacramento, came in seventh, at 19:37 ... in a season-opening performance, lowered her own Lagoon Open (5K) course record from the previous season by six seconds, to 16:36 ... was named to the Big West All-Academic Team.
2012-13 -- Following freshman year, was named the overall Cal Poly Student-Athlete of the Year among women's sports.
Track: Qualified for the West Prelims but didn't compete ... broke a Big West record in the 5,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays when she posted a time of 15:53.73 (3.1 seconds off an all-time school-record pace) ... won the Big West championship in the 5K, at 16:25.62 ... also competed in the 1,500 in a dual meet against UC Santa Barbara, finishing in 4:25.87.
Cross Country: Was an All-American following a ninth-place finish at the national championship meet, where she had a 6K time of 19:45 at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky. ... on Oct. 12, won the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational in 19:33, setting course and meet records ... ran a 19:12.6 at the Big West Championships, which shattered both the 6K course and conference records; afterward, was named USA Track & Field's Athlete of the Week ... became the Big West's second woman to post a sub-20-minute time since the championship moved to its new distance in 2003 ... during the season, won three Big West Athlete of the Week awards.
Prep -- As a senior at Marina High School in Huntington Beach, was named the Orange County Register Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Year, as well as its Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... at the Arcadia Invitational, clocked a time of 10:10.51 in the 3,200, which ranked No. 2 in the nation during the season (as well as second all-time in Orange County history) ... at the State Track and Field Championships, finished third in the 3,200, at 10:26.02; earlier in the year, she had finished second at the state cross country championships, with a 5K time of 17:32 ... also played basketball for the Vikings as a freshman ... graduated with honors.
Personal -- Born on July 16, 1994 ... daughter of Bart and Sherrey Hollander ... has a sister, Heather ... chose Cal Poly because she "loved the coaches, the team and the campus" ... majors in kinesiology.
