2017-18 -- Cross Country: Began fall helping the Mustangs earn a dominant (17-44) Blue-Green Rivalry win over UC Santa Barbara at the Lagoon Open on Sept. 2, taking 15th place in the 8k with a performance of 26:15.20 ... also helped Cal Poly win the Fresno XC Invitational on Sept. 9, finishing sixth individually with a 4-mile time of 20:56.2 (as his squad compiled a victorious score of 16).

2016-17 -- Track: Recorded a season-best 1,500-meter time of 3:57.51 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 31 ... also clocked a 3:58.07 at the Beach Invitational (at LBSU) on April 15, as well as a 3:58.59 at the dual meet vs. UCSB on April 29. Cross Country: While redshirting, competed in three meets unattached ... finished in 30th place at the Lagoon Open around UCSB on Sept. 3 (with an 8k time of 26:45.96), 109th at the Stanford Invite on Oct. 1 (25:59.9) and seventh at the Cal Poly Invitational at Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo on Oct. 15 (in 28:17.0).

Prep -- As a senior at Palos Verdes High School, came in 22nd place overall (including third in the Division 3 classification) at the 2015 CIF State Cross Country Championships, running the 5k at Woodward Park in Fresno in a career-best 15:16.80 ... also won the 3-mile race at the 2015 Bay League Cluster Meet, at 15:06.0 ... in track season, was 12th in the 1,600-meter final at the 2016 CIF State Championships, with a time of 4:11.92 ... his 3,200m PR of 9:12.18 took 12th at the 2016 Arcadia Invitational ... also had an 800m performance of 1:56.14 as a Sea Kings senior, finishing in 10th at the Mt.
