2018-19 -- Cross Country: Won the third conference championship ring of her career, helping to lead the Mustangs to the Big West title with 33 points in Brea on Oct. 27 ... came in fourth place individually at the finals, with a 6k performance of 21:41.5 at Carbon Canyon Park as Cal Poly claimed the trophy ... made her return to the course at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 29, finishing 42nd overall with a time of 22:13.5 ... followed-up two weeks later at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals by taking 80th place at Zimmer Championship Course in Madison, via 21:37.1 ... altogether, earned Big West All-Academic Team honors for the third time in her career.

2016-17 -- Track: Followed-up her All-American finish to the fall with another All-American performance in the spring, as she came in 10th place in the 5,000-meter final at the NCAA Championships with a time of 15 minutes, 52.82 seconds on June 10 at Oregon on ESPN ... won the Big West Conference title for the event on May 13 in Fullerton, at 16:43.83, before going on to qualify for Eugene at Texas on May 27, when she ran all but the first 200 meters of the race with only one shoe after being de-heeled of her right spikes a half-lap in; advanced from the NCAA semi by a photo finish against Amy Davis of Wisconsin ... clocked her career-best 5,000m time at the Stanford Invitational on March 31: 15:52.01 — 1.4 seconds away from breaking Amy Harper’s school record which has stood for 34 years ... also made the all-conference team for the 1,500m, in which she was the Big West runner-up at 4:31.20 ... top 1,500m performance of the season came at the Mt. SAC Relays in Torrance on April 14: 4:18.73 (ranking No. 7 in program history) ... was chosen as the Coca-Cola Cal Poly Student-Athlete of the Week on April 3, May 15 and May 29, bringing her overall total of university weekly accolades to nine for the 2016-17 year and 12 for her career ... other 1,500m wins during her sophomore season came at the Blue-Green Rivalry dual meet vs. UC Santa Barbara on April 29 (in 4:27.54), the Cal Poly ShareSLO Invitational on March 25 (4:25.53) and the Cal Opener on March 4 in Berkeley (4:28.12) ... made her indoor-season debut at the Husky Classic, running a 3,000-meter time of 9:20.46 in Seattle on Feb. 11 ... not only again made the Big West All-Academic Team; also earned her fourth overall career selection to a USTFCCCA Scholar-Athlete honors list. Cross Country: Earned All-American honors at the NCAA Championships on Nov. 19, finishing in 23rd place at LaVern Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Ind., with a 6k time of 20:14.4 ... won the Big West Conference championship at Kahuku Golf Course in Hawai’i on Oct. 29 with a performance of 21:04.1 ... was an all-regional honoree for a second straight fall, posting a ninth-place 19:45.9 around Haggin Oaks Golf Club in Sacramento on Nov. 11 ... began sophomore year with a dominant blue ribbon at the Lagoon Open meet at UCSB on Sept. 3, as her 5k of 17:17.84 paced the Mustangs to a 19-44 dual win ... followed with another title, a 6k of 20:05.4 at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 17 (winning the field of 160), and then a second-place (out of 153) time of 20:08.8 at the Stanford Invite on Oct. 1 ... on the same course as the eventual national championships, came in third place among 285 runners at the Adidas Pre-Nationals on Oct. 15, in 20:11.5 (leading to a No. 10 national individual ranking from FloTrack) ... altogether for the season, won four Big West Athlete of the Week honors (becoming the first student-athlete to do so since Idaho’s Letiwe Marakurwa in 2002, culminating in the conference Athlete of the Year award) ... was one of 168 women nationally to make the USTFCCCA Scholar-Athlete Team.
2015-16 -- Track: In her first spring as a Mustang, won the Big West championship for the 10,000 meters, running Jack Rose Track in Long Beach in 36:46.78 (17.45 seconds ahead of the rest of the field on FOX Sports PT) on May 13; a day later, was also an all-conference performer in the 5,000m, with a second-place 17:30.66 ... on April 1, ran the fifth-fastest 5k in school history, 16:13.55, at Stanford (where she was eighth out of 24 competitors in the third heat) ... earned a trip to the NCAA West Preliminary Round at Kansas as the 19th seed; finished 18th on May 28, in 16:42.83 (only four spots back of advancing to the national championships) ... opened the season by winning the 3,000m race at the Big West Double Dual on March 12 at 9:38.98 (nearly 20 full seconds ahead of the field) ... her season-best 1,500m performance, 4:23.30, came via an eighth-place finish at the Mt. SAC Relays in Norwalk on April 16 ... also made the national USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors while advancing to the NCAA Championships ... closed initial season by finishing 172nd at the national championship meet hosted by Louisville at Tom Sawyer State Park on Nov. 21 (24th among the 49 freshmen), with a 6k time of 21:20.9 ... was 12th at the West Regional qualifier in Seattle on Nov. 13, in 21:00.5 ... garnered the Big West Freshman of the Year Award by being the runner-up at the conference championships held at Riverside on Oct. 31, clocking a time of 20:36.87 ... paced the Mustangs at five consecutive meets to wrap up the fall: also taking seventh place at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 26 (with a performance of 20:56.0, accruing a Big West Athlete of the Week certificate) and 44th at the Pre-Nats in Kentucky on Oct. 17 (at 20:41.8) ... began the year with a second-place 5k showing (17:56.56) at the Lagoon Open on Sept. 5, helping to lead Cal Poly to a 17-43 victory over UCSB.
Prep -- As a senior at St. Francis High School in Sacramento, came in 12th place at the CIF State Championships in the 3,200 meters with a time of 10:31.67 ... her 1,600m PR was 4:57.07 at the 2015 Sacramento Meet of Champions ... also a captain for the cross country squad, she ran the 5k in 18:24, leading the Troubadours to top-eight finishes at the Division 1 state level each year of her career ... was an honors student, participated in Big Sister program and attended four retreats ... also visited USC, Portland, UCSB and San Diego; chose Cal Poly because she “loves the area, the weather, the team and the academic reputation the school has.”
