2018-19 -- Cross Country: Earned a championship ring on Oct. 27, when he helped the Mustangs win their third consecutive Big West title ... came in 18th place individually at the Conference Finals, running 8k Carbon Canyon Park in Brea in 25 minutes, 25.3 seconds, as Cal Poly lifted the trophy with a team score of 32 points ... prior to the postseason, had a team-best finish at the Bronco Invite hosted by Santa Clara in Sunnyvale Oct. 13, as he came in 17th place via 24:17.0 ... opened the year with a 36th-place time of 25:46.9 at Cal State Fullerton’s Covert Classic on Sept. 1, before adding a 13th-place performance (25:33.6) at UC Santa Barbara’s Lagoon Open on Sept. 15.

2017-18 -- Track: Redshirted. Cross Country: While redshirting, competed on an unattached-scoring basis at the UCSB Lagoon Open Sept. 2, placing 30th overall with an 8k performance of 27:27.90.

Prep -- As a senior at Royal High School in Simi Valley, finished second at the 2016 Ventura County Cross Country Championships with a 5k time of 16 minutes, 3.2 seconds ... also added a 3-mile finish of 14:54 at the Woodbridge Invitational, taking fourth place ... in track season, finished seventh in the 3,200 meters at the 2017 Southern Section Division 3 Finals with a performance of 9:16.21 ... top 1,600m time was 4:23.52 (earning 18th at the 2016 D2 Championships) ... was a four-time Coastal Canyon League champion, as well as a two-time county meet runner-up ... earned the Highlanders’ Scholar-Athlete Award.

Personal -- Also visited UCSB, Chico State and San Francisco State; chose Cal Poly because of the “beautiful campus, super-nice students, the learn-by-doing motto and the amazing distance program” ... majors in Kinesiology and aspires to work in physical therapy or as a chiropractor.
