2018-19 -- Cross Country: Played a key role in contributing toward the Mustangs’ second-straight conference championship, as he took 13th place at the Big West Finals with a performance of 25:03.2 around Carbon Canyon Park in Brea ... his 8k helped the squad compile a score of 32 points en route to lifting the trophy again ... advanced in the postseason to the NCAA regionals, where he upped the distance to a 10k in Sacramento on Nov. 9, covering Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in 30:58.8 — good for 74th place overall vs. the Pac-12, Mountain West, WCC, Big Sky and WAC ... during the regular season, added a 12th-place 8k of 25:31.1 at UC Santa Barbara’s Lagoon Open on Sept. 15 ... also clocked a 63rd-place showing of 25:46.0 at the Stanford Invitational Sept. 29, along with a 46th-place 24:44.0 at Santa Clara’s Bronco Invite in Sunnyvale on Oct. 13 in the build-up to championship season.

2017-18 -- Track: Won the Big West Conference championship for the 3,000-meter steeplechase on May 11 at CSUN ... his title-winning performance came in a time of 9:02.96, a new PR ... also competed in the 5,000 meters at the conference finals a day later, scoring another team point to the Mustang tally thanks to his eighth-place 14:50.89 ... also won the steeplechase at the UCSB Tri-Meet including UC Riverside on March 10, in 9:04.67 ... added a 1,500m time of 3:55.90 at the 36th annual Cal Poly #ShareSLO Invitational on March 24. Cross Country: Helped the Mustangs win the Big West title on Oct. 28 in Riverside, where he came in 13th place at the conference championships with an 8k time of 24:51.6 ... continued his postseason with a 61st-place 10k of 30:50.7 at the NCAA West Regional in Seattle ... began his first season at Cal Poly helping the Mustangs earn a 17-44 Blue-Green Rivalry dual win over UCSB Sept. 2, as he was 19th at the Lagoon Open with an 8k performance of 26:25.30 ... then came in second place at the Fresno XC Invitational on Sept. 9, via a 4-mile time of 20:40.8, and took 45th at Oregon’s Dellinger Invite on Sept. 29, in 24:27.0.

Cuesta College -- Won the 2016 California Community College Athletics Association cross country title for the Cougars, with a 4-mile time of 20:06.0 ... in track season, won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2017 Cal Poly ShareSLO Invitational, with a school record of 9:12.13 ... top 5,000m performance was 14:33.33 (good for 47th overall at the 2017 Mt. SAC Relays) ... also was a two-year colleges cross country All-American in 2015, when he finished fifth at the CCCAA meet, in 20:38.0 ... also broke the program record for the 3,000m, posting a time of 8:31.36 ... was a Western State Conference All-Academic honoree.

Prep -- Graduated as Student Body Vice President from North Tahoe High School in 2013 ... also played soccer and basketball, and was a member of the ski team for the Lakers.
