2018 -- Again led the Mustangs in the discus, posting a season-best throw of 163 feet on April 20 at the Mt. SAC Relays in Torrance, taking second place ... won the discus at Cal State Fullerton’s Titan Challenge on March 31, with a mark of 160’ 7” ... earned All-Conference honors at the Big West Championships on May 11, when she came in third place for the discus, securing a trip to the medal stand thanks to a throw of 155’ 4” ... was second on the squad in the shot put for the season, releasing a mark of 40 feet, 7.75 inches at the 36th annual Cal Poly #ShareSLO Invitational March 24 (also had an indoor shot put of 41’ 0.5” at the Husky Classic in Seattle on Feb. 10) ... added a season-best hammer throw of 135’ 1” at the Blue-Green Rivalry Dual Meet vs. UC Santa Barbara on April 28 ... additionally, made the Big West All-Academic Team.

2017 -- Advanced to the West Preliminary Round of the NCAA Championships for the discus, earning a career-best throw of 167 feet, 6 inches at the Big West Conference Championships (taking fifth place at CSF on May 13) ... her discus PR moved to No. 6 in school history ... finished 41st regionally at Texas on May 26 ... also won the discus vs. UCSB April 29; second-best discus performance of the year came at the Bulldog Invitational in Clovis on April 22, reaching 158’ 8” ... season-best shot put mark — 41’ 10” — came at the Cal Opener in Berkeley on March 4 (good for third place) ... during the indoor season, added a top weight-throw mark of 48’ 0.5” at the Husky Classic on Feb. 11 ... academically, earned Big West Commissioner’s honors.

Utah State -- Had the No. 8 discus mark in school history — 161 feet, 9.5 inches — at the 2016 Mountain West Conference Championships (taking seventh place) ... other PRs with the Aggies were 43’ 3.75” in the shot put (fifth at the 2016 Mark Faldmo Invitational) and 145’ 4.25” for the hammer throw (10th at the BYU Clarence Robison Invitational).

Prep -- Representing Petaluma High School, took fourth place in the discus at the 2015 CIF State Championships, with a PR of 149 feet, 4 inches (after winning the North Coast Section Redwood Empire title) ... was sixth at the state championship meet as a junior, at 141’ 3” ... her shot put PR was 39’ 10.5” as a sophomore ... also played basketball for the Trojans (starting every year and setting the school record for career rebounding) ... additionally, participated in Choir and Leadership (serving as class treasurer for three years).

Personal -- Her brother Ted was also a Mustang track & field athlete, winning the Big West Conference decathlon title as a senior in 2017 ... parents (Ron & Tamie) each also attended Cal Poly; her dad played football for the Mustangs ... additionally, uncle Doug Hancock also competed in track at Cal Poly, while another uncle, Lee Hancock, starred in baseball before going on to pitch for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1995 and 1996 ... majors in Child Development and aspires to be an elementary school teacher.
