2016-17 -- Track: Won the Big West Conference championship for the 10,000 meters on May 12, with a performance of 31:35.59 at Cal State Fullerton ... his top time of the season — 29:25.07 — came at the Mt. SAC Relays in Torrance on April 13, moving to No. 9 in school history for the distance while taking 19th place in the Elite Invitational Division (among 64 individuals from two sections featuring several pros and international competitors at Murdock Stadium) ... went on to advance to the West Preliminary Round of the NCAA Championships at Texas, coming in 30th at 31:05.65 on May 25 ... also was an NCAA semifinals qualifier in the 5,000m, finishing 22nd on May 27, in 14:43.92 ... his season-best, 14:01.48 (sixth-fastest in Cal Poly history), was recorded at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 31 and ranked No. 1 in the conference for the duration of the season ... also won the 3,000m at the Blue-Green Rivalry dual meet vs. UC Santa Barbara on April 29, with a time of 8:36.32 at home, helping the Mustangs score a 110-88 victory over the Gauchos ... combined between the fall and spring during his career, earned his sixth Big West All-Academic honor. Cross Country: Finished in second place at the Big West Conference Championships on Oct. 29, running the 8k Kahuku Golf Course in Hawai’i in 24 minutes and 46.0 seconds ... also was named the Big West Athlete of the Week on Oct. 4 after coming in third among 177 runners at the Stanford Invitational on Oct. 1, with a time of 23:22.80 (38.3 seconds faster than his pace at the same meet the previous fall) ... was also third at the Lagoon Open around UCSB on Sept. 3 (in 24:38.58) and fourth at the UC Riverside Invite on Sept. 17 (23:59.9) ... finished the year with a 51st-place NCAA West Regional 10k performance of 30:44.4 at Haggin Oaks Golf Club in Sacramento on Nov. 11 ... made the Big West All-Academic Team in addition to earning Big West Commissioner’s Honors for academics.

2015-16 -- Track: Earned all-conference status in the 10,000 meters at the Big West Championships held at Jack Rose Stadium in Long Beach on May 13, finishing as the runner-up in 30:28.87 ... moved to No. 8 in school history for the 5,000m on April 16, when he clocked a time of 14:02.40 at the Mt. SAC Relays in Norwalk (taking 32nd in the elite division of the internationally-attended meet) ... the 5,000m PR was also an NCAA West Regional qualifier, earning him a trip to Kansas for the national championships prelims (where he finished 41st on May 28, matching his seed, at 15:19.90) ... won the 3,000m (in 8:20.14 — more than nine seconds ahead of the field) at the season-opening Big West Double Dual at UC Riverside on March 12, helping to lead the Mustangs to a 101-68 victory over the host Highlanders and a 91-89 win over UCSB ... made the Big West All-Academic Team for a third time. Cross Country: Led the Mustangs at each of the first four meets of the season: taking second place at the Lagoon Open (with an 8k time of 25:00.80 on Sept. 5), winning the Fresno State Invite (via a 6k performance of 18:08.9 on Sept. 11, garnering a Cal Poly Coca-Cola Student-Athlete of the Week accolade three days later), finishing eighth at Stanford (posting a 24:01.1 on Sept. 26, resulting in Big West Athlete of the Week honors for Sept. 29) and then coming in 66th at the Pre-Nationals Invitational hosted by Louisville (in 24:06.7 on Oct. 17) ... was eighth at the Big West Championships at UC Riverside on Oct. 31, in 24:28.27 ... ran the NCAA West Regional 10k in 33:40.3 (good for 117th place) in Seattle on Nov. 13 ... again earned all-academic status from the conference.

2014-15 -- Track: At the Big West Championships hosted by UC Riverside on May 15, came in eighth place in the 10,000-meter run, with a time of 31:24.85 ... also had a season-best 3,000m performance of 8:35.61 at the same facility on March 14 during the season-opening dual, as well as a 5,000m showing of 14:22.51 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on April 3 (third-best on the team for the entire spring) ... was also an academic all-conference honoree. Cross Country: Competed at the Bronco Invitational hosted by Santa Clara on Oct. 18, posting an 8k time of 25:05.

2013-14 -- Redshirted.

Prep -- At River Valley High School in Yuba City, his 1,500-meter time as a senior at the CSUS Track Classic (4:25.00) ranked No. 37 in California throughout the entire year ... also had a 3,000m PR of 9:02.54 at the same meet, ranking No. 52 statewide ... additionally, clocked a mile time of 4:30.17 at the Stanford Invitational ... earned the Tri-County League MVP award for cross country ... also played basketball for the Falcons.
