Mimnaugh, Lee and Walsh Headline Tuesday’s ESPN 1280 Coaches Show

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Cal Poly's weekly Coaches Show returns to the ESPN 1280 airwaves and ESPNRadio1280.com on Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 6 p.m. featuring interviews with Mustang women's basketball head coach Faith Mimnaugh (6 p.m.), baseball head coach Larry Lee (6:20 p.m.) and football head coach Tim Walsh (6:40 p.m.).

Originating Tuesday evening from the Arroyo Grande Applebee's Restaurant, the ESPN 1280 Cal Poly Coaches Show is moderated by Mustang play-by-play broadcaster Tom Barket.

Deadlocked in a three-team tie for second place in the Big West Conference standings alongside Hawai'i (11-11, 7-4) and UC Santa Barbara (11-12, 7-4), the Cal Poly women's basketball program (13-9, 7-4) renews its Blue-Green rivalry against the Gauchos on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 2 p.m. inside The Thunderdome. The Cal Poly baseball team, which won its final seven games of the 2012 campaign to finish 36-20, opens its 2013 season on Friday, Feb. 15 at San Francisco at 2 p.m. The four-game road trip continues versus the Dons on Saturday (1 p.m.) and Sunday (1 p.m.) before concluding with a 3 p.m. matchup at Santa Clara on Monday, Feb. 18. After finishing 2012 with a 9-3 record and being selected for the NCAA Tournament for the first time in four years, the Cal Poly football program continued its offseason by signing 12 players to National Letters of Intent on Feb. 6. Cal Poly hosts San Diego to open the 2013 season on Aug. 31.
